為了滿足鉆井的需要，我公司研制開發(fā)了鉆井液用抗高溫降粘劑，搬運方便，便于使用，該產(chǎn)品是一種黑色流動固體粉末，具有優(yōu)異的降粘特性、護壁防塌功能，對鉆井液體系有降粘切、潤滑、消泡等作用，并可消除鉆井過程中鉆井液侵入地層引起的泥頁巖水化膨脹提高井壁的穩(wěn)定性，泥漿處理后維護期長。本品是一種沒毒、無污染的綠色環(huán)保型新產(chǎn)品。

本產(chǎn)品主要用于油氣開采、物理探礦和科學考察等鉆井過程所需的鉆井液中，以降低體系粘度，提高泥餅質量，降低體系的濾失水量，起到改善流變性和穩(wěn)定井壁的作用 。

適用于淡水鉆井液、鹽水鉆井液、高鈣鉆井液和高固相鉆井液等。

根據(jù)鉆井液使用的需要，將本品添加后，即可投入使用，也可配成溶液加入。

三、包裝、儲存、運輸

本產(chǎn)品以塑料內袋包裝后，紙塑三合一袋為外包裝，每袋凈重25（±0.5）kg。

產(chǎn)品在儲存過程中應注意防破損、防鼠咬、防漏和防潮。

本品不易燃、沒毒，按非危險品運輸管理。

本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用大量清水清洗。

本品保質期兩年。

Application Scope and Method
